What's wrong with this package that there is very little apparent interest?

I think mainly due to the cost of a new Howa barreled action, they are selling around 14K or less and maybe because the 6.5CM is not that populer anymore but thats speculation from my side.

You have quality components, advertise the chassis and scope as individual components and try and redeem costs that way?
