Neumann and co shotgun values

Good evening

I can buy two shotguns. The owner wants me to make a fair offer
One is a 410 side by side with external hammers.
The second a 12g side by side but no external hammer.
Bores are very good and actions tight.

I have no idea what a fair offer might be. He is a goid friend. Dont want to bugger that over guns.

Could someone please assist?
