Aluminium pilare. Fout nommer 4. Sit die pilare in voordat jy die aksie pasmaak. By die Howa is daar bittermin , eintlik geen "vleis" oor tussen die sneller en die pilaar as jy 'n 12mm gat vir die agterste pilaar boor nie. Ek het die pilare met Pratley se "quickset" epoksie vasgesit nadat ek die pilare grof gemaak het aan die buitkant.

Ek sit 'n spasieerder tussen die loop en die kolf in tydens die bed proses. Noubweet ek die loop is in die middel van die kolf.

Die steenvas het 'n "grit" in en omdat jy dit met 'n natlap kan afvee is dit maklik om "op te bou" soos hier waar daar geen hout voor die agterste pilaar is nie. Maak jou vinger nat en stryk plat.

Haal maar die ou snellertjie af. Jy wil hom nie permanent vas pleister nie. 
Moenie skaam wees met die "releasing agent" nie. Gaan mildelik daarmee om.

Herhaal die proses soos bo, vir die aksie. Ek sit net epoksie in die gat vir die terugskop-stuk en onder die "tang" agter. Vee af met natlap waar nodig. Ek was te lui om die teleskoop af te haal, maar moes dit noodgedwonge doen toe ek die aksie weer wou uithaal.
