A friend got this barn find. With permission I will tell how he came into possession of it. What is an estimate value for the Brown Bess 1793 (India Pattern?). The gun is currently in a shooting condition.
Does the owner need a permit or does this gun class as an antique.
If it class as an antique does he still need a permit for gun?
If he doesn’t need a permit how does he travel with the gun through a roadblock?
