Noudat Somchem nie meer beskikbaar is nie is dit maar nou wat ek het. Dit is 'n 26.25" loop en dopkapasiteit is 49.4gr H2O. Watter een van hierdie kruite sal julle aanbeveel? EK kan ook Reloader kruite kry as dit beter sal werk? Dankie. Ian

Varget for the 87 grain V max and Reloder 26 for the 100 grain Pro Amm
You will be amazed at what you can achieve with that long barrel and Reloder 26

Just please leave some Reloder 26 for me please.

I have left the max pressure at Enfield spec
The P 14 can be pushed a little harder of course.

Thank you Dale. How does it compare to the Hodgon powders?

I use Rel 26 in my 6.5 Swede and Rel17 in my 30.06
I am a convert.
It gives me exceptional accuracy and incredibly low ES figures.
I highly recommend it.
I have not used many Hodgdon powders so in fairness I can not offer a realistic comparison.
With the results I am getting with 17 and 26 I will not be using anything else in the near future.

I have followed your response to the question about alternative loading for 6mm Musgrave.- thank you, and i will follow your advise if i cannot come right with one of the powders that I do have.
My question is:
I understand your preference of Reloder, but can you see any chance of using Vihtavuori N555, or Hodgdon 4895, or IMR4350 in conjunction with a 85gn sierra BT bullet?

1. N555 kan die dop te vol maak voor jy spoed kry - mag dalk werk
2. H4895 - spoed by 2900vps
3. 4350 - spoed by 2860vps
4. N550 - spoed by 2945vps. Hier lyk na die beste keuse met ingevoerde dryfmiddels
5. S365 - spoed 2980vps - as jy kan kry is hierdie miskien die beste koop.

Was using S361 and S365, but not aware that its available again- don't know if you have an update on this.
Could you kindly share a starting load for the H4895 & IMR 4350 please?
