What instrument did you measure the MV with ?
And the product code of the bullet please.

With a standard Chrony 5 m from the muzzle.
The code on the box is #3033 if that is what you are looking for.

You are in the middle of two nodes and your pressure is low.
I suspect that this is Lot 722 ?
As things stand you will need +-44.2 grains to get you to 2692 fps -12 fps on the chrony to put you on Node 5 @ +-49300 psi
Furthermore you have 50% of the bullet shank (excl the boat tail) being held by the neck which is going to give you poor neck tension and concentricity
I would move your TPL to at least 68.0mm and see how this load works out for you.
