9.3x62 best scope magnification choice

Whats the better option for hunting with a new 9.3 x 62 mm. ...mostly bushveld a low fixed power or a variable scope...your recommendations will be appreciated

2-7 of in daardie orde sal goed werk tot op 200m. Met 2x het jy wye veld vir vinnig teiken verkry en die fokus is van so aard dat jy selfs op 5m duidelik kan sien. Die 7x sal dan werk vir die langer skote.

I have used from 4 x 40 to 6 x 42 and stopped with a 3 - 9 x 40, for close range shooting I use the 3 x setting and for lyndraad shot the 9 x setting works great

2-7x32 werk vir my Baie lekker. Het klomp scopes in die kas maar wou nog nooit aan my 9,3 krap nie

Vir baie jare die Lynx 1.5-6x42 gebruik, maar hy is nou kluis toe, want die ooge verkies nou die Leopold 3-9x40

Pm my as jy belang stel in die Lynx

If you have the coin this is the scope to get, for a lower budget scope look at the vortex strike eagle 1-6x24

Ek ook Leupold 3-9x40 , op my 9.3 , werk 100

Daar was nog geem vergroting groter as 10x nie. Die gevoel is dan dat groter (x24) is nie beter of bruikbaar nie. Die 1-10 Marsh gee 'n baie bruikbare reikwydte en is top kwaliteit, maar net as jy groot sakke het. Die 2-7/8 is baie prakties vir die bos en 3-9 is dan nie ver agter.

My stem gaan vir 'n 1.5-6X42 S&B. Hy werk perfek op die Tikka en het nog niks kort gekom van Bosveld tot Oos kaap jag nie.

Dankie...for all the great advise received it has given me a lot of options for my rifle is a classic pre-war mauser type...I do think I will stick to the German brands..as it suits the motif of my rifle..once again thanks to one and all

Ek het self een en skiet hom oopvisier. Sou ek egter een koop wat geboor en tap is sou ek n ouer Swarovski Habicht 3-9x36 opgesit het.

Die 3-9x40 Conquest is ook n goeie waarde vir geld opsie. Hulle het my nog nooit teleurgestel nie.
