You are on the right track with the 108 grain ELD-M
With S365 default values then 38.0 grain should generate approx 2950 to 2975 fps @ 51000 psi and hit the brakes hard at 3090 fps

I also think that S365 is going to be too slow for the 80 grain bullets.
S355 or one of the imported equivalents looks to be a better option.
Norma 203, IMR 4320, H380 , Viht N540 something in this range.

Your case trim length is 45.00mm ?
If this case is based on the 6mmXC then your case trim length should be closer to 48.0mm.

I think you a bit optimistic with 3500 fps
Predictions are that you will reach max pressure with N540 (set at 60000 psi by myself as there is no SAAMI standardization for this cartridge.) at 3430 fps

Start at 37.6 grain N540 and do not exceed the stated 3430 fps

You may just squeeze into 3500 fps with Norma 203B

What is your H20 volume now or was that the fireformed volume you gave yesterday ?
