Hi Everybody. I need some help pls. I am encountering a substantial increase in the number of refusals for self loading rifles form Brigadier Bopape based upon the reason "You failed to convince the registrar why the existing firearms on your name cannot sufficiently address the need". In my view this is a thinly veiled , weak cover and excuse to refuse licences for semi auto's based on policy not legal reasons.
I need id numbers of persons who have been refused licences on this reason because I want to prove Bopape is incompetant or is applying an unlawful policy. I want to publically challenge Bopape in Parliament and in court to expose how the CFR has no understanding of firearms and how they work and what purpose they can be used for and that policy considerations overide legality.
