Slow Cooker "Lieslap" Lamb Recipe

This is my favourite slow cooker recipe
Ingredients:
Lamb Flank (Tweede Tande / Mutton age sheep also works really well)
Springbok mince
Macadamia Butter
Cocoa powder
Feta Cheese
Crushed coriander seeds
Sal and pepper
Method:
Mix all the ingredients (except flank) with the maalvleis. I use 2-3 table spoons of macadamia butter and 2-3 TBS cocoa and 1 block Feta cheese, depending how your taste buds works. I'm a banter so I'm not addicted to sweet taste anymore 8-)
Roll / wrap the lamb side flank around the maalvleis mix and secure with Butcher's thread, see picture.
Put straight in the slow cooker without any water or other liquid.
Leave in Slow Cooker for 8-10 hrs.
