Has anyone got any experience with S365 lot 84?
According to the Somchem table it seems to be a hot batch?
Please let me know.

Re: S365 lot 84
Reason for my question is I use S355 lot 10 in my 375H&H which has just run out and the new lot 11 seems to be very weak and I will never be able to get to my node with lot 11.
I noticed S365 lot 84 seems to be hot so I might buy some and see if I can get back to my node with this powder and lot.

I think I have seen a general warning for 81-84. A starting load will be safe and 3 shots over the chrony will get you on the road to a QL solution.

Re: S365 lot 84
My reasoning is S335 will be low case fill and the new lot S355 is weak according to somchem so my thinking is seen as though S365 lot 84 is hot, I may be able to get to my node around 2460 within safe pressure with good case fill.

I used lot 71 and had to drop 0.4gr to get to the same speed with lot 81, so yes, it is hot.

Re: S365 lot 84
I used lot 81 on my 3006.
53gr gave 2680f/s for a 180gr bullet. CCI250 primer. Close to what the tables 'predict'
For interest sake, 53.5gr bumped it up to 2740f/s (60f/s higher), whereas 52.5 gave 2650f/s (only 30f/s lower).
BUT the case I used was a Lapua, not a PMP as on the website.
