We need to calibrate the software based on your actual muzzle velocities.
Have you shot any that you can give us muzzle velocities ?

Some of the velocities:
Chrony results:
42.0gr => 2480 fps
42.2gr => 2502 fps
42.4gr => 2508 fps
42.6gr => 2535 fps
42.8gr => 2590 fps
43.0gr => 2553 fps
43.2gr => 2612 fps
43.4gr => 2592 fps
43.6gr => 2592 fps
43.8gr => 2595 fps
44.0gr => 2646 fps
44.2gr => 2463 fps
44.4gr => 2670 fps
44.6gr => 2660 fps
44.8gr => 2647 fps
45.0gr => 2692 fps
45.2gr => 2792 fps
45.4gr => 2701 fps
45.6gr => 2646 fps
Im a bit concerned as from 45.2 gr I felt a little crunch when seating the bullets.
Hodgdon says 42gr to 46gr for 165 Hornady SP bullets. There is a node at 43.4 - 43.8gr, but Im not sure if I should try for a node below 42gr?

have you had a good look at these results ?
Some of your higher powder charges giving you less velocity than than a lower charge
?
And then a .2 grain increase in powder gives you a 55 fps increase in muzzle velocity
Makes no sense to me.
What chrony you using ?
How far was it from the muzzle and was it in the shade ?

Im using a Pro Chrono Digital and it was the first time using it at 5m from the muzzle.
With the later part of the ladder the sun was on its way out so that can explain a lot.
Would the suggestion be to shoot the ladder again? Im a bit nervous about the case fill % in the last few charges.

Load 3 or 5 cartridges with 43.8 grains and shoot them through your chrony.CZW wrote: Thu May 20, 2021 9:04 pm Im using a Pro Chrono Digital and it was the first time using it at 5m from the muzzle.

5 meters way
Preferably during the middle of the day.
Make sure your chrony is level.
Shoot through the middle of the sensors about half way up the sunshade supports.
Make sure your battery is in good condition.

Varget could probably work if one wants it to, but there are better options available.
I found IMR 3031 work best on 20" barrels with 160gr - 170gr bullets.
