Dale SH
I am with you. Of all the loads, only the 3 x N150 loads of 37.8, 37.9 and 38.0gr loads showed extractor marks on the case head. This, I believe, were true signs of pressure. When I checked it with QLoad, it also confirmed the said.

The 38.0 grain load was potentially at 68 to 70k PSI so very likely true pressure signs.

Easy to become a cowboy. Loads of 37.3gr (ES=10fps) and 37.6gr (ES=7fps) showed good" signs and was nearing a node speed and a target speed of 3090fps, so I didn't even bother to check it with Qload...mistake

My Pmax was ook laer (63817 vs Oom se 65000 psi).

NORMA URP :
37.8gr - 2882fps, ES=45, 45mm groep. Niks mooi nie
38.0gr - 2892fps, ES=58, 50mm groep. Niks mooi nie

N150 :
35.6gr - 2945fps, ES=24, 45m groep
35.8gr - 2970fps, ES=6, 35mm groep
36.1gr - 2986fps, ES=5, WONDERLIKE 18mm groep waarvan 3 skote mekaar inderwaarheid sny- VERSKRIKLIK opgewonde.

Sal Oom dit asb vir my nagaan?

Het vir jou my data gestuur.

Dale. You said : "I have yet to shoot a virgin case that does not show flattened primers, the reason is quite simply that virgin cases will not be correctly headspaced to your chamber. If you shoot your fireformed cases with the same load I can guarantee that you will not see these symptoms anymore."

This made sense to me the first time I read it. It still does, but I'm just wondering...I assume the same would happen (with fired brass) if a full size die is set up incorrectly and the shoulders are bumped back too far? Like I said...I'm just wondering about this.

100% correct. By bumping back the shoulder too far you creating the same symptoms.
